It is a nice experience, and such as the text inform, very "patriotic", because social control, accountability and transparency promotion of votes, actions and some kind of matters about our elected governors is really a patriotic action. Several people cannot do this kind of social control and others do not want to make any kind of change, because they are in a nice situation...
Experiences like that prove people can and must do innovation using ICTs to improve social control, accountability, transparency and enhancing participation, specially the local párticipation which is the most necessary in all countries in the world.
