The Targuist Sniper is no longer active, but he caused a roar in 2007 and 2008 for video taping several police officers accepting bribes from car and truck drivers on the road and then publishing the videos online.
His videos have been viewed over 1.7 million times and have prompted the government to enforce large scale fines on his town in an attempt to pressure him to stop his activities.
